Since 2009, FACH has turned donor gifts into life-changing programmes around the country.

Court Rules Condoms Not Completely Safe. Says Total Abstinence and Faithfulness Is the Best Option. New
It is with great pleasure that we announce the court ruling from the Lagos High Court yesterday in favour of Project for Human Development (PHD) that says condom advertising must now comply with APCON standards in stating that, contrary to their previous claims of 100% effectiveness, condoms are NOT completely safe, and total abstinence and faithfulness are the best options. PHD had in the suit filed through their counsel, Sonnie Ekwowusi and Co, among other reliefs, asked the court to declare that the advertisement of the 'Gold Circle' condom by SFH in a national newspaper without the health risk warning of the clause of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) that the product is not 100 percent safe but total abstinence or faithfulness is the best option, is illegal and unconstitutional.
